For the larger, regional or national organization, our EnterpriseSQL Automated BSA Reporting System allows you the flexibility of managing local, regional and state departments, branches and offices from one central location, using one central SQL database!

The EnterpriseSQL Automated BSA Reporting System enhances your BSA reporting compliance by automating completion of qualifying transactions meeting the BSA recordkeeping and reporting requirements, generates a CTR report for each completed CTR record, and generates $3,000 Rule Log and other cumulative reports on demand.

And because all transactions for all locations are stored in one central SQL database, virtually any completed transaction can be retrieved for review and/or modification, saving valuable time and effort when reporting transactions on repeat customers!

The integrated online Help manual includes a comprehensive overview of the BSA recordkeeping and reporting requirements that can serve as an invaluable reference and training tool.

In addition to the features it shares with the Classic version, the SQL version includes enhanced features such as:

If integrated with CheckwriterSQL or CheckwriterClassic, the BSA Reporting module prompts operators to complete CTRs and $3000 Rule Log entries when qualifying transactions meet the BSA recordkeeping and reporting requirements.

Making compliance even easier is the fact that the System generates a Form 104, Currency Transaction Report for each completed CTR record, and completed $3,000 Rule Log entries and CTR records are written to cumulative reports that can be easily printed on demand.

Another outstanding CTR feature is the built-in capability to retrieve information from completed CTR transactions, which saves valuable time and effort when reporting transactions on repeat customers!
